Start the Online Meeting
The invitations have been sent and the responses received. Let's start the meeting!

Before You Begin: Log into Lync
Go to Meetings.
You should see a list of all the online meetings grouped by date.

5. Try It: Start the Online Meeting
Double-click the meeting to start it.

What Happens Next? Microsoft Lync should contact the Exchange Server and start the Meeting. You may be prompted whether you wish to use Lync or your phone for the audio.
